Scope and Content Cross-slab at Largo, Fife This cross-slab now stands outside the parish church at Largo. It was originally found it two pieces, one of which was being used as a drain cover. The stone was moved to Midlothian before being returned to Largo. This is a drawing of the stone which appeared in John Stuart's 1856 publication 'The Sculptured Stones of Scotland'. This side has a fine ring-headed cross carved in relief and decorated with interlace. There is also a figure and intertwined beasts. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
