Scope and Content Burgh bell inside Falkland Town-house (also known as 'Falkland Town Hall'), Fife Falkland Town-house replaced an earlier tolbooth described as 'in indifferent repair'. The architect also won the building contract. The burgh bell is Dutch. Its Latin inscription means 'Glory to God alone, Michael Burgerhuys made me, 1630'. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
