Scope and Content Cross-slab from Kingoldrum, Angus This stone was found built into the old church at Kilgoldrum. it is now in the Royal Museum of Scotland at Edinburgh. The stone has a cross on one side and symbols on the other. This is a drawing of the stone which appeared in John Stuart's 1856 publication 'The Sculptured Stones of Scotland'. The cross fill one side. The other has a seated figure, with a mirror-and-comb, a crescent and a step. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
