Scope and Content This is farming and croft land at the base of the Black Isle. Allangrange Muir farm is central. There are no recorded features in the foreground of the image, other than an axe mould find. At top left corner a field to the right of the group of trees has possible ring ditches or pit circles. At top centre, Kinkell Castle tower house is hidden in trees to left of bend in A835. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
