Scope and Content A general view of the town with football ground in the foreground and to its far left the 19th century Courthouse, Police Station and Prison complex. Across the railway to the right of the football ground is Castle House built on the site of the medieval castle. To the far left the E end of the town's Conservation Area with the Free Church above the Courthouse complex. Across the road to the right a former Bank, now the Highland Theological College of UHI and beyond it the National Hotel and the Church of Scotland with a tower. The gothic gable third right from the Church of Scotland is the Episcopal Church. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
