Scope and Content Mulchaich Neolithic chambered cairn is on a knoll above the deserted settlement of West Mulchaich. Both were surveyed by NOSAS in 2011 and the Cairn became part of the adopt a monument scheme. The settlement comprised the remains of cottages, a kiln barn, quarry, enclosure and a possible distillery. Above is the United Free Church Manse.
