Scope and Content Ormond castle is said to have been built circa 1179 but was destroyed on the approach of Cromwell's army. It was surveyed by NOSAS and the Avoch Community Archaeology Group in 2016. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
