SC 1903405

Description Aerial view of field NW of Moy, Inverness-shire, looking E.

Date 2000

Collection Papers of James Sloan Bone, landscape historian, Inverness, Highland, Scotland

Catalogue Number SC 1903405

Category On-line Digital Images

Scope and Content This image shows a field between the A9 (S is to the R) and the Inverness-Perth rail line NW of Moy. There is no known archaeology in this field. Maybe the photographer was attracted to the patterns within it, although none of them look like structures. The rail-line, and a viaduct over the Allt Creag Bheithin, is at the very top R of the image. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
