Scope and Content On the NE slopes of the hill of Tullochgrue, is the settlement of Balvattan, surveyed by the OS in 1974. It consists of 12 huts in two groups and an associated field system. The photo shows some of these hut circles, although difficult to see in the dense vegetation. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
