Scope and Content This view shows the NW part of the model crofting/fishing village of Plockton (Canmore ID 11905) laid out in a spirit of economic optimism for the Earl of Seaforth in 1794. The old houses of the village can be seen snaking along the edge of the sheltered inlets of Loch Carron with the croft lands beyond.
