Scope and Content This distant view shows the A9/A96 interchange in the foreground, and the A9 leading to the Kessock Bridge which takes the road over the Beauly Firth to the Black Isle. Much of the land to the R of the A9 is reclaimed from the firth. The view is too distant to note many archaeological features in detail.
