Scope and Content This is a view of the Culloden area of Inverness. Tower Road runs from top to bottom picture and Barn Church Road runs from left to right. The Smithton Industrial Estate is at the junction. Harry Gow Bakers, which was established in 1979, is situated on the corner site. The surgery and shops at Culloden are at top of picture and Barn Church is at top right. The Barn Church is a former C18 tithe barn, which was used for worship and converted into a church in 1977. When a new church was built alongside the Barn, it became a church hall. The area on the left of picture has been developed since this photo was taken.
