Scope and Content A wide view of the Caledonian Canal with the Clachnaharry Sea Lock and Basin in the centre foreground. Crossing the canal to the right is the Clachnaharry Swing Bridge carrying the railway line into Inverness and to its right the Muirtown Basin. On the far left the N Kessock Ferry Pier and opposite, across the Beauly Firth, the S Kessock pier. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
