Scope and Content A general view of Ardersier oil rig construction yard, with Whiteness Head on the left. In the bay, top left, a 19th century wreck has been recorded. Close to the far boundary of the yard, towards the top centre, a farmstead once stood in the triangle formed by the long straight road and the plantations.
