Scope and Content The Kessock Bridge was opened in 1982 as part of the upgrade and realignment of the A9. It replaced the ferry which had operated between South and North Kessock since the C15 at least. Ord Hill with its vitrified fort is at top left. South Kessock is at bottom left and the Longman Industrial Estate is on the right. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
