Date: 'July 1965' Text on the gravestone: ‘Here lyes the corps of James Innes who died Feb 17th 1677 aged 61 years and Katharin Bwchan his spowse who died the 8 of May 1677 aged 62 years, also Alexr Innis son to the above named who died Decm 22th 1726 aged 82 years and his spowse Janet Wilson who died May 12th 1714 aged 70 years. Here lyes the corps of William Innis tennant in Eastxx who died May 6th 1741 aged xx years. Here lyes Elizabeth Burton spouse to Wm Innis who died Julay 5th 1754 aged 85 years, also Bethe A Innis spouse to John Dougless who died Jany 3th 1754 aged 54 years, also Janet Brown who died Oct 13th 1775 aged 40 spouse to Alexanr Innis who died Jany 29th 1787 aged 75 yes’.
