Scope and Content Includes 1 handwritten foolscap page describing the design of the font. The font was designed and sculpted by Mary Syme Boyd and originally located in St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, Belgrave Rd. Corstorphine. It is now loacted in St. Mary's Episcopal Cathedral. Palmerstone Place, Edinburgh. There are two wooden sculptures of angels near the font also designed and carved by M.S. Boyd and seemed to have been gifted to St. Margaret's Church at the same time as the font. These can be seen in photographs of the artist's studio and home, 14, Beflord Mews, Edinburgh.
