Scope and Content A collection comprising drawings, photographs, notebooks, reports and correspondence from at least fifteen major excavations and surveys throughout Perthshire, undertaken 1950-74 by M E C Stewart. It includes Allt na Moine Buidhe deserted settlement, 1969-70; and Moncrieffe House stone circle, 1974. Also, Archive from the excavation at Balnaguard, cist, Perth and Kinross District, Tayside Region by Dr M E C Stewart, 1969, including notes, dyeline copies of drawings, correspondence, black and white photographs, and pottery drawing.
