Description Detail of Mine Hutch (NM67900 44700) and surviving fragment of the narrow gauge railway which was used to transfer the silica from the mine to the West Pier (NM 67355 44222) which was abandoned for shipping out silica as the Adits followed the shoreline North and the railway was eventually abandoned in the 1960s.
