Designed by Messrs. Stevenson, Civil Engineers, Edinburgh. Constructed by M. Henry Lepante, Paris and Messrs. Milne & Son Limited Edinburgh. David A. Stevenson Engineer to the Board 1897. Apparatus makes one revolution in half a minute.''
