Scope and Content Symbol stone known as Aberlemno 3 at Aberlemno, Angus Aberlemno 3 stands at the side of the road but it may be moved to help preserve it. It is carved on both sides with a relief cross on the west face and symbols on the east. This is the E face. The upper part is carved with a crescent and V-rod and a double-disc and Z-rod. Below is a hunting scene with a men on foot and horseback chasing a deer with a pack of hounds. A centaur and David and the lion are carved below. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
