A charred barley grain from the lower ash layer 3069 of the oval scoop hearth 3070 in House 3 (Building C Phase 3). House 3 was subrectangular with curved corners. It re-used the wall from House 1. House 3 lay alongside House 2 and was reminiscent of the house at Knap of Howar. The pottery from this house was round-based bowl.
