OS 6" map (1964)
The remains of a large enclosure (RCAHMS), which may have been oval, are situated on the edge of the haughland at NT 3375 0766. It is bounded on three sides by a substantial bank of earth and stones 5.8m maximum width and now grassed over; there is a possible entrance in the W side. There is now no trace of the SE segment. Within this enclosure is a small, turf-banked circular enclosure, 6.8m in diameter, with a slightly smaller one abutting its SW side. They are formed by a turf bank, about 2.7 m wide by 0.4 m high.
At NT 3370 0763 and NT 3370 0762, some 60 m to the SW, are another two small circular enclosures, each 5.3 m in diameter and formed by similar turf banks. No entrances are apparent in these enclosures.
Surveyed at 1:2500.
