Field Visit (20 March 2012)

This structure, probably some form of building, is situated 47m NW of the church (NS05SE 5.00) and 25m SSE of 'The Cauldron' (NS05SE 8). Subsquare on plan, it measures 7.25m from ENE to WSW by up to 6.9m transversely within the footings of a low boulder wall up to 1.8m in thickness. There is an entrance in the SSE side, which is far better defined on its W side than its E side, and its interior has been cleared out.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS) 20 March 2012.
