Archaeology Notes

NT57NW 181.12 5450 7778 and 5483 7684

Two small groups of huts, one situated immediately W of Gilmerton House Home Farm, the other where three field boundaries about 400m S of the Cogtail Burn.

Both groups are visible on RAF WW II vertical air photographs (NLA 68, 3041-3049,4041-4049, flown 26 August 1943).
