Description Aerial photograph of the south-east end of Fair Isle, showing the wreck-site at Stroms Hellier just left of centre, and the longer inlet of Swartz Geo extending on the right. The foam patterns indicate the tidal currents which probably forced the Gran Grifón from her intended beaching in Swartz Geo to the much more hazardous cliffs of Stroms Hellier (1977).
